Shipping Policy

Orders placed on this website are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Orders within the island of Barbados are subject to a delivery fee of BBD$15.00 

We reserve the right to discount or offer free delivery for a limited time or in a promotion without notice

We do not offer shipping for Lavazza products to locations outside of Barbados

Returns Policy

 All Lavazza coffee products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months

All claims on merchandise must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and can be returned for in-store credit once un-used

As coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on opened products

All Equipment purchases from this website come with a limited Factory 30-day warranty on faulty manufacture. In the case of when a piece of equipment cannot be repaired within the 30 day warranty we reserve the right to replace the purchased unit or offer a refund at our sole discretion
